According to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office, police responded at approximately 1:00 a.m. to the 200 block of Linden Street after reports of an unresponsive man lying in the roadway. Upon arrival, officers discovered Stoy-Velazquez suffering from an apparent stab wound to the chest.
