Tributes have been paid to Lauren Bennett, the British singer best known for her role in LMFAO’s 2011 global hit Party Rock Anthem, following her death at the age of 37.
No official cause of death has yet been reported.

In a heartfelt message shared on Instagram, members of Bennett’s former group G.R.L announced:
“It is with great sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Lauren. Our hearts are broken, and we cannot begin to express how much she meant to us. We will forever cherish the love, laughter, and countless memories she gave us. Her beautiful spirit touched so many lives, and she will be deeply missed and forever loved.”
Her bandmates Natasha Slayton, Emmalyn Estrada, Paula van Oppen, and Simone Battle — who tragically died in 2015 — signed the tribute: “Rest peacefully, sweet Lauren. You will always be in our hearts. Your GRLS, Em, Tash, and P.”
Career and Rise to Fame
Lauren Bennett first stepped into the spotlight in 2007 as part of The Paradiso Girls, a European spin-off of the Pussycat Dolls. Though the group disbanded in 2010, Bennett went on to collaborate with various artists before achieving worldwide recognition with LMFAO.
Her vocals on Party Rock Anthem helped propel the track into one of the biggest dance hits of the decade, with the song still ranking among YouTube’s most popular videos years later.
